The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Fullback Ben VanSumeren to a one-year contract.
The Buffalo Bills have re-signed Fullback Reggie Gilliam to a one-year contract.
The Baltimore Ravens have re-signed Fullback Pat Ricard to a one-year contract.
The San Francisco 49ers have released Fullback Kyle Juszczyk after the two sides failed to come to an agreement following an effort to restructure his contract. He most recently visited the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Former Fullback Zach Line who spent 6 seasons in the NFL with the Vikings & Saints, has accepted a Quality Control position with the Denver Broncos and his former Coach, Sean Payton. Coach Line was most recently Head Coach at Oxford High School in Michigan.

Fundamentals: Zone Combo Blocks
In this Chalk Talk, we are discussing the basic terms to know and the key fundamentals to zone blocking combinations. A good zone blocking scheme has the answer for any multitude of problems a defense can present on any given play. The point is that no matter where a defense may align or end up throughout the duration of a zone run play, there will in theory be an offensive lineman there to block them.
Baltimore Ravens (2024)- Influence Run Scheme
The Ravens rushed 43 times for 251 yards and 2 TDs against the Texans in Week 17. Derrick Henry accounted for 147 of those yards on 27 carries and 1 TD.
